Pitchviewer shows real photos of specific camping pitches, taken by campers. We're not a complete catalogue of every campsite and every pitch number. We grow pitch by pitch.
Our mission
Anyone who has arrived at a campsite and been disappointed by their pitch knows the problem: brochures and websites only show the prettiest angles. Pitchviewer shows what a specific pitch really looks like, through photos from campers who stayed there.
That way you can see up front whether a pitch has shade, is level or fits your caravan — for the pitches already mapped. Honest, transparent and built by the camping community itself.

For campsite owners
You can claim your campsite for free. That lets you edit the basic details and upload one site map as a PDF. Extras such as a featured spot on the homepage, an interactive map, videos and priority for your own photos are a paid option; pricing follows later. Guest pitch photos stay community-driven.

Is Pitchviewer free to use?
Yes. Searching, viewing photos and comparing pitches is completely free. You only need an account to upload photos or save favourites.
How do I know the photos are up to date?
Every photo has an upload date and the community can update pitches. Moderators check new uploads for quality and accuracy.
Can I add my own campsite?
Yes. Owners can add and claim a campsite. Claiming is free: you edit the basic details and upload one site map as a PDF. Extra features are paid and not priced yet. Read more on For campsite owners.
Which campsites are on Pitchviewer?
Pitchviewer grows daily thanks to the community. Right now it's mainly campsites in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany — and increasingly beyond.
Can I claim my campsite as an owner?
Yes. Claiming is free. After our check you can edit the basic details and upload a site map as a PDF.
What does a free claim give me?
Editing the campsite's basic details and one site map in PDF. Guest pitch photos stay visible.
Are there paid options for campsites?
Yes, later. Think of a featured spot on the homepage, an interactive site map, videos, richer details and priority for your own photos. Pricing isn't set yet. Get in touch.
