Day-trip ideas in the Black Forest

Triberg waterfalls
Around 163 metres of drop make these among Germany's highest falls. Easy paths and a good half day with kids; combine it with Triberg's cuckoo clock shops.
Titisee and Schluchsee
Swim, paddleboard or take a boat trip on the two best-known Black Forest lakes. A flat 18-kilometre walking and cycling loop circles the Schluchsee.
