Which campsite do you want real pitch photos of?

A campsite website shows the pool, the restaurant and one green corner by the lake. You want to know what pitch 27 is really like: shade or sun, level or sloping, tight or with room for the awning.
Pitchviewer collects exactly those images. Not a complete catalogue, but photos of specific pitches, taken by campers who actually stayed there. Every missing pitch is one that stays hidden in the brochure.
So here is the question
Which campsite would you like to see photos of the pitches for?
Not the campsite already buried in reviews. The one you are unsure about. The one you booked last year while thinking: I wish I had seen that pitch beforehand. Or the one you want to visit this autumn, where the map only shows numbers.
Typically those are pitches like:
- a forest edge where you cannot tell whether the sun still reaches the awning
- a “comfort pitch” that looks bigger in the photo than it is
- a number right next to the sanitary block, or all the way at the back
How that last one can play out is in the disappointment of a pitch without shade. And what a fully connected pitch actually promises is in what is a fully serviced pitch.
How to suggest a campsite
Drop the campsite in a comment, in a message, or email it to us. The more specific the better: the campsite name and the pitch number if you have it.
Is that campsite already on Pitchviewer but without pitch photos? Then one photo is enough to help the next camper. Look it up among all campsites and see whether your pitch is there yet.
Stayed there yourself? Upload that photo
Sharing takes a couple of minutes. There are two ways:
- Through the upload flow. Add your pitch with a photo and fill in what you know: pitch number, sun or shade, surface, space.
- Through chatbot Iris. Prefer a quick chat? Share your photo via the chatbot — it asks the questions and handles the rest.
Not sure how it works? How to add a campsite or pitch walks through every step. Why a satellite image is not enough here is explained in Google Maps versus Pitchviewer.
Know someone who stayed there? Pass this question on.
Pitchviewer does not get better from yet another wide shot of the park. It gets better from the pitch where the plug goes into the post.
Know where you stand.
